I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image. I also work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have experience working at the PHP and IOP levels of care for eating disorders. I believe it's important to tailor treatment to each individual's needs. My goal is to hold space for clients to become their most authentic and genuine selves. I strive to provide a safe environment for clients to explore emotions, thoughts, values, and past experiences. I support clients in developing effective tools and coping strategies.

I use several clinical approaches to meet specific needs of each client. I integrate relational and psychodynamic approaches, along with other therapeutic modalities including ACT, DBT, and CBT. I also use FBT and EFFT in family work. I believe it is important to challenge diet culture influences. My goal is to promote body neutrality and acceptance.

I strive to build a collaborative relationship with clients and provide them with a sense of hope.
