Welcome! I am so excited you are here! I support parents struggling to navigate their children's tricky and even baffling behaviors. My parent coaching approach is grounded in Interpersonal Neurobiology and Attachment Theory. Through our time and work together, you will gain access to your very own x-ray vision goggles. A necessity to seeing the need underlying your child's behavior. You will also explore your own thoughts and feelings about parenting and strengthen your connection to your child, AND yourself. I also offer Family Therapy, in home, for families looking to address attachment concerns and shift family dynamics.
I am trained in numerous Play Therapy approaches and am a certified FECT provider (Familial Encouraging Connection Therapy). FECT is designed to teach caregivers an active method of playing with their children as a way to build connection, communication, and understanding. I am also in a year long intensive parent coaching program, "Being With".
