As a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, college students, parents, and young adults grappling with ADHD, anxiety, and school/career concerns. Through my experience, I've found that my joy and passion lie in working with individuals between the ages of 5 and their early 30s. My mission is to equip you or your child with the tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. A cornerstone of my practice is empowering individuals to develop essential executive functioning, time management, and organizational skills.
