Whether it is entering a new relationship, the loss of a relationship, retirement, change in career, changes in health, etc. I am also trained in treating a majority of issues that may not be related to a transition including depression, anxiety, adjustment problems, interpersonal struggles, behavioral problems, trauma, and grief.
I am very experienced in guiding clients through life changes as well as other mental-health concerns. I do this through the use of a strong therapeutic relationship, through the exploration of interpersonal relationships, and through improved understanding of thoughts and behaviors as they impact our daily lives.
