My therapeutic techniques are founded in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, and I am Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I have a passion for mental health therapy. I am naturally inclined to help people and I sympathize with those who are experiencing life challenges.
