I have over 14 years of experience working as a therapist. Over the years I have tried many different treatment modalities, but I have found that EMDR therapy is the most effective and will get you feeling better faster than talk therapy alone. Therefore, the main way I work is using EMDR therapy to facilitate the change and growth that you deserve.
