I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Development Plan Approved Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I believe in “meeting the person where they are at” in their lives to ensure therapy is specific to what is needed. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy which focuses on balancing work life, home life, relationships, and so on. I will alway work to provide a safe, understanding, and fun environment for personal growth.
My practice approach includes CBT trauma based interventions. This includes trauma informed applications, meditative/ mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing to best develop a plan of treatment.
