I work with people navigating changes in their life, specifically around family planning and care (fertility, pregnancy, parenting), and want help managing stress, anxieties, depression, and fears related to these life changes. My work centers on the mental health of pregnant and postpartum people and their families. Psychologically, the perinatal period is a time of tremendous opportunity for growth, reflection, and repair. It can also bring unanticipated emotional experiences that can feel isolating and uncomfortable. My clients are looking for ways to move through pregnancy and parenthood with more confidence and ease.
I specialize in helping clients understand generational relationship patterns and identify ways to work with previous experiences to gain insight and live a fully integrated and realized life. I offer expertise in treating perinatal mood and anxiety, trauma, attachment issues, relationship difficulties, family conflict, depression and anxiety symptoms.
There are times we could all benefit from a safe, honest, and nonjudgmental space to process our experiences but finding a therapist can be at best daunting and at worst discouraging. My primary goal is to build a warm, collaborative relationship together designed to foster clarity and help you go forward as more fully realized human.
