As a licensed professional counselor, I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are working to heal, grow, and find balance in body, mind, and spirit. My interactive treatment approach provides support and practical feedback to assist clients as we resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. I have worked in an agency and community counseling setting with children, adolescents, and their families allowing me to be productive with clients from many stages of life. I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client.
In my therapy sessions, I strive to provide an atmosphere of warmth, acceptance and openness. I believe in the evidence-based fact that the way the mind and body interact affords us a useful insight into treating a variety of mental health issues. I use a holistic approach, but I start where you are.
