Every one of us is challenged by living as our authentic selves—in our relationships, careers, or health. These are the heart of my therapeutic practice and life interests.
I treat all layers of the psyche, from the mental to the spiritual to the somatic. Various realms exist within each of us; therefore, my therapeutic approach is fluid, moving seamlessly between modalities. This allows me to address multiple aspects and their interplay when healing the whole person.
I have worked extensively with people with cancer and other complex medical conditions, helping them integrate complementary methods of self-care while navigating the accompanying emotional issues. I also work with couples and families affected by illness. I have taught and led numerous meditation and support groups over the years.
