I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience in the service industry, including 15 years in the mental health field. I specialize in applied community psychology, which enables me to understand and address the unique needs of individuals and communities. I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples navigate their challenges and live more fulfilled lives.
