Whether you are just beginning or continuing therapy, if you are reading this, I want to applaud you for making it to this point. We all experience the highs and lows of life and sometimes we need more help than our friends and family can provide. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I use a blend of therapeutic modalities to assist individuals, couples and families working through relationship issues, depression or anxiety, life transitions, trauma, eating disorder and body image challenges, family dynamics and anything that makes them feel stuck or defeated with their current circumstances.
With individuals, I hope to assist with identifying personal strengths and increasing overall self worth. My desire for couples and families is to assist in developing or strengthening honesty, trust, communication and respect. Just like a car needs a yearly inspection or a tune up, relationships sometimes require the same type of maintenance to keep going.
The relationship between therapist and client is so significant to getting the overall outcome you desire. I consider it a privilege to be able to walk alongside my clients in life while providing an authentic and safe space.
