I'm so glad you’re here! Are you struggling with daily ups and downs of life, going through a divorce, or have some grief coming up over religious or childhood trauma? I know finding a therapist and asking for help can be a challenge. However, I want to give you a safe space with no judgment and offer you support on your journey, wherever you are at. My therapeutic style is a mix based on understanding the body, mind, and heart and identifying what we need as humans not just to survive, but to thrive. My passion includes working with queer identifying individuals, women, and high school age teens.
I specialize in life transitions, grief, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR (a fancy term for trauma reprocessing help), certified in religious trauma, and experienced in DBT, CBT, and ACT. You’ll find me to be empathetic, kind, culturally sensitive, nurturing, and non-judgmental. I offer sliding scale to make therapy accessible to all.
I'm here for anyone in need of mental, emotional, or relational help. I truly believe you are the expert and I am here walking alongside you.
