Do you struggle with coercive relationships and/or religious trauma? Together, we can work on assertiveness, boundaries, and codependency issues. Certified in EMDR trauma therapy, as well as EFT, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness practices, I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your own healing and personal empowerment.

I specialize in healing from emotional and spiritual trauma caused by abuse, neglect, or organizational trauma such as religious trauma. I work primarily with women and young adults and am LGBTQ+ affirmative.

I primarily work with clients struggling with codependency, attachment, lack of assertiveness, and boundaries. During our initial sessions, we will explore the basics of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I offer my clients plenty of homework, tools, and techniques for practicing more helpful habits. Most of my clients see progress within the first few months and sustained improvement thereafter.
