I have had the privilege of shouldering with clients as they navigate the challenges of trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, difficulty with relationships and boundaries, and matters of personal growth.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to allow you the opportunity to process your experience, to heal from past wounds, and to feel truly seen and heard. I am here to provide support, to help you discover your own inherent strength and value, and to equip you with new tools to help empower you to achieve your goals.
I am also a Certified EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist and have seen remarkable benefits from this in clients whose symptoms are rooted in trauma. I would be honored to have the privilege of walking with you through the challenges you may be facing.
