I use evidence-based treatment to help individuals recover, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), prolonged exposure therapy (PE), and exposure response prevention therapy (ERP). I strive to help my clients accept their body’s natural shape, no longer experience intense negative emotions due to weight or food, stop compromising their physical or emotional health, and cope with negative emotions in healthy ways.
I am passionate about this work, and I truly care about the physical, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing of each individual and family I work with. I treat every client with empathy and compassion.
