I provide psychological testing and individual therapeutic services to adolescents and adults, presenting with a variety of concerns at Kendal Clinic. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate women’s health, LGBTQIA+ concerns, identity development, sexual trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, relationship abuse, and anxiety. If you are interested in testing services either for yourself or a loved one, please call us to speak with our intake coordinator. Currently, we provide ADHD assessments and other forms of tests that can help to assess for additional concerns related to learning, concentration, and achievement.
My treatment approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. I work within a Humanistic-Existential orientation and further utilize interventions from Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Dialectical-Behavior Therapies. I have trained in a variety of settings, including private practice, university counseling, and community mental health.
My main goal in therapy is to provide a safe space for you, while providing you with the tools and supports you may need in order to heal. I take a collaborative approach with my clients, viewing them as experts in their own lives and experiences. It is an honor to hold space for you and I will do my part to help you achieve well-deserved peace and healing.
