I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, youth, and adults. I received my bachelor degree and Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University South Bend.
I have experience working with posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, difficulty managing emotions, anger and behavior management, borderline personality disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, and women’s issues. I also have specialized training and experience working with youth with problem sexual behaviors. I currently work with children, youth, and adults.
I believe the therapeutic relationship and connection is the foundation to healing and evoking meaningful change. I utilize a variety of approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other evidenced-based modalities to meet individual needs.
