My name is Brittany Miles Jacquote, but I go by Joyce. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed chemical dependency counselor with eight years of clinical experience. I typically work with clients experiencing Family Conflict, Divorce, Relationship Issues, LGBTQIA+, and Marital/Pre-Marital issues. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Clinical Supervision and Licensed, Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, Gottman Method, and Narrative therapies. I believe that goals are only practical if a client is entirely on board; therefore, goal setting is a collaborative process.
I create an environment where you can feel safe to open up and share. I want you to know that therapy is a non-judgment zone. While therapy is a no-judgment zone, it does not mean that I will not be direct in pointing out alternative perspectives or behaviors for you to consider to help you grow as a person and live the story you desire.
