I am currently accepting new clients. As humans, we can often feel stuck, whether it’s in our thoughts, habits, relationships, or life altogether. I view therapy as a space where we can work together to openly explore what's keeping you stuck and make meaningful changes to help you get unstuck. My goal is to ultimately help you feel more present and connected so you can live the life you want.
My work integrates cognitive behavioral, acceptance and mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic approaches to meet your unique needs. I have particular expertise working with individuals with anxiety, obsessive compulsive, and trauma-related conditions, including college students, parents/caregivers, first responders, and Veterans.
