At times we may struggle with intense and confusing emotions that interfere with reaching our daily goals and aspirations. By working collaboratively within a calm, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere, we can begin to become more curious about desired changes. Therapy can serve as a guide to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, how you relate and navigate the interpersonal relationships in your life, and within your environment. I also believe it is imperative to view therapy through a trauma-informed lens, while respecting each individual's background, where trauma's may have left unspoken words.
I have worked in the mental health field for the past 14 years, and have experience in both individual and group therapy. I have helped those with issues related to: anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, anger, loss, and trauma.
