Hi, I'm Brittany. I specialize in working with clients and their families after traumatic brain injury or spinal cord injury. As a certified brain-injury specialist, I work to support you in your adjustment to significant life changes. Adjustment after brain injury or spinal cord injury is a major life transition and I'm here to move through this journey with you and support you along the way. I also enjoy working with those experiencing other life transitions, such as new job, change in relationship status, or transitioning into and out of the workforce. I practice from a cognitive and humanistic perspective. I find that our individual experiences influence our emotions, thoughts, and how we respond to life circumstances. Connecting to the core beliefs of self and the world around us allows us to foster change, find acceptance, and experience a stronger sense of self.
