The world is changing fast and a safe spot to share your concerns and fears is needed. This is that space. Welcome to Canopy Counseling, a space where you can pause and take a breath. My name is Brittany, she/her. I am a weight inclusive therapist with over 20 years experience. I specialize in grief, life transitions like divorce and caregiving.
This fall take time for you to regain your sense of self and balance. If you have been putting off scheduling because you are overwhelmed with all you 'should' be doing, please remember that time for yourself, whether it is a quiet space, a few moments for you, or a therapy session is important to schedule too. Weekends available!
I currently don't accept insurance, but do have a sliding scale. Ask about it! Email me! The constraints of insurance (they determine length of tx) is frustrating and at this time I have chosen to spend my time serving you and not on the phone to them.
