Being a healthy, balanced individual means you are caring for all parts of yourself: mental health, physical health, relational health, emotional health, etc. All the parts of you matter. Who we are as a person is comprised of everything we have seen, felt, believed, & experienced, as well as what we have taken in from our family's experiences and those around us. It is all part of your individual story and your story matters. I enjoy working with individuals who are striving to gain insight into themselves, their communities, and learn ways to manage and decrease presenting symptoms.
I specialize in work with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, adolescents, new adults, people who identify as or were socialized female, and people who have experienced religious abuse, adverse religious experiences, and/or spiritual abuse. I also work with people in committed relationships.
Therapy is a vulnerable process and I want to honor your vulnerability by creating a space in which you feel comfortable. Together, you and I will examine your strengths, increase your knowledge and skill base, and build on what you already know to help you grow to where you would like to be.
