I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, adults and families in various settings. My specialty is working with adolescents. Though I am well versed in a variety of counseling techniques. Such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed Approaches.
Clients warm up to me quickly and I enjoy helping them to reach goals and learn new behaviors. I have a nonjudgmental approach and deep understanding of the challenges that come with mental health.
