I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and background as a special needs para-educator. I have worked to help children with diverse physical, intellectual and behavioral needs, along with their families, process issues of shame, guilt, and grief. Now as a therapist, I provide access to life-affirming mental health processing groups and individual counseling. I provide a holistic, Trauma Informed method celebrating the intersectionality of our identities in individual services, counseling with youth, families, and couples as well as group therapy.
My services are focused on promoting empowerment to marginalized groups including People of diverse backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, and People with Disabilities while connecting them to the resources needed to thrive in the larger community.
I honor that you are the expert of your experience, and my goal is to sit with you in that understanding; unpacking and connecting while exploring past attachment and how that affects your present relationships. I am excited you are here and honored to have the opportunity to be a part of your journey! I hope to hear from you soon.
