My goal is to bring a loving, warm, and non-judgmental presence to the counseling room to help clients gain awareness about themselves and their relationships to make effective change. My eclectic and person-centered approach allows me to cater to the individual needs of my clients. I gravitate towards using CBT, Mindfulness, Experiential, Gottman, Attachment based approaches. In counseling, I want to help support you in living a life that feels happy and fulfilling to you!
My interests include working with individuals, adolescents, young adults, couples/families on a variety of issues ranging from depression, stress and anxiety, to navigating trauma. I believe in forming authentic therapeutic relationships with my clients to help support them through their counseling journey to achieve their life goals and dreams.
