Hi, I’m Brittany! I work with women and families looking to recover from traumatic experiences, heal relational wounds, and navigate challenging family dynamics or life transitions. I am passionate about creating a space for my clients to reclaim their autonomy and walk away feeling empowered to live the life they want (yes, it’s possible!) My goal is for my clients to feel deeply seen as we make sense of their experiences, inner world, and relationships.
I enjoy an in-depth, collaborative approach- a blend of compassionate guidance and direct support. I incorporate EMDR therapy into my individual therapy approach based on my clients’ goals. With couples and families, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy, an evidence-based model for improving & deepening relationships. I am IFS & somatic therapy informed.
