I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I strive to create a safe, relaxed, and non-judgmental space for my clients to process and overcome a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life stressors/adjustments, trauma, ADHD, and other behavioral concerns. I believe that therapy cannot be successful without a positive therapeutic relationship.
My approach is strength-based and person-centered. I utilize a variety of interventions to support each unique individual. I encourage my clients to explore their experiences, feelings, and thoughts in order to achieve their goals and make meaningful change.
Therapy can be both challenging and rewarding and I look forward to being a supportive person in this next step towards growth and healing. I am available for both in-person and telehealth appointments at this time. I welcome you to call or email me with any questions or to get started!
