Welcome! My name is Brittany and I specialize in providing guidance to individuals and families facing life's challenges. I have a Master's degree in Counseling and an undergraduate degree in education. My experience and education were focused on Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling. My safe, supportive, and empathetic environment enables my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to make choices that best serve their longer term goals.
My therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe that by changing our thoughts, we can change our lives. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develops a plan to achieve them. I have a compassionate approach to counseling that allows my clients to feel seen, heard, and validated.
My ultimate goal as a counselor is to help my clients live more fulfilling, meaningful lives.
