I am passionate about serving and providing mental health care to my home state of West Virginia. I offer in person sessions, walk and talks, virtual connections, and I am based out of Unbound Counseling, LLC in the Morgantown area. I am interested in working with children, adolescents, and adults.
My journey has been enriched through diverse experiences of school-based counseling, community-based programs, and intensive outpatient programs. I strive to create a welcoming environment as we build rapport. I respect the autonomy of my clients, utilizing strength-based approaches, person-centered therapy, ACT, CBT, and DBT. I am certified as a ADHD-CCSP.
I strive to assist my clients in navigating through the healing process. To me, this means meeting the client where they are within their particular journey. Having a safe and comforting environment is ideal for this process. I aim to assess my client's needs, and I am aware these needs can change overtime.
