Whether you find yourself struggling with anxiety, sexual/gender identity, relationships, life transitions, or the general stress of everyday life, you are in the right place. My hope is that through collaboration and a safe space to explore whatever it is you may be facing, I can be of support to you along your way.
I use a trauma-informed & feminist approach to help you discover what gets in the way of positive change & increase a deeper connection to yourself. I incorporate an integrated therapeutic approach utilizing methods informed by neuropsychology and somatic interventions, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Gottman method, & Mindfulness.
I welcome all sexual and gender identities and make LGBTQIA+ affirming space a priority. I’m passionate about working with the queer community and honoring the inherent strengths and opportunities that exist across variations of gender, sexuality, and relationships.
