I'm passionate about working with individuals to help them process and cope with difficult emotions, thus leading them to adjust to their “normal.” My top priority is to empower my clients to empower themselves. I believe everyone is capable of being their own hero, but that, simultaneously, everyone deserves to have access to a safe, unbiased space to talk about hard things. Healing can be messy and uncomfortable at times, which is where my love for a good laugh often comes into play. I have an eclectic, person-centered approach, which means I use concepts from a number of methods to best fit each client in order to meet them where they're at.
Life truly does suck sometimes, but that doesn't mean you have to do it alone.
