I am trained and have experience in working with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, experience difficulty with stress management and life transitions, and those who have experienced trauma. I have worked with individuals who have been diagnosed with developmental disabilities and those on the Autism Spectrum.
My approach to therapy is nonjudgmental, authentic, collaborative, and active. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Strength-based approaches, making sure to employ techniques based on what is the best fit for you, within a safe and supportive therapeutic atmosphere.
