Are stress, worry, and your long to-do list keeping you up at night? Are you stuck thinking about challenging relationships, old wounds, or traumatic experiences? I have helped many like you find their version of success personally and professionally and find inner calm by empowering them to create change. Many of my clients seek a supportive space to better understand hard experiences and relationships, explore emotions, examine thought and behavior patterns, draw on strengths, and improve their ability to cope. Together, we find the solutions to feel more joy, experience fewer sleepless nights, and reinvest in life positively.
I have over 10 years of experience in anxiety/stress, trauma, and relationships. I leverage my experience and knowledge to help clients find and practice skills that work for them and their busy life. I hear from many clients that they grow personally and professionally and learn new ways to think about life, themselves, and relationships.
Seeking help from a therapist is a vulnerable thing to do... and, yet, you are here to make time for yourself. Let's build on this first step and reduce stress and anxiety, heal, and grow! I look forward to helping you to find the balance, happiness, and success you deserve. Start today by contacting me for a free consult to see how I can best help you!
