I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I currently I do not have an office space at the moment. In person meet ups will be in a public setting (ex. park). Location will be determined during initial evaluation. I aim to help identify and process trauma, build self-esteem, create and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships, establish safe and functional boundaries, manage stress, depression and anxiety caused by major life changes. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental environment and a safe space for you to be your true authentic self.
Working in this field has taught me how to further my knowledge by finding out different challenges regarding adolescents, couples, families and professional athletes. Based upon my experience, I have observed frequently asked questions about behavior such as “Why is this happening to me?, Is this normal? What is preventing me from moving forward? etc.
Our job as individuals in society is to take accountability for our own mental health treatment and find out the root to the “whys”. Life may feel overwhelming in which it may be hard to focus on the positives. However, being able to learn how to manage our current stressors in a healthier manner can lead to lifelong healing.
