I'm here to create a safe and non-judgmental space to help you process difficult events that may be affecting your everyday life. I will work with you to discover root issues from the past that create burdens you may carry now. We will hold space and compassion for those challenging symptoms with the goal to alleviate them. It isn't all nitty and gritty though. I want to help you realize your strengths and your potential. While we hold space for hard stuff, I want to hold space for fun and laughter as well!
I'm trained in trauma reprocessing and will be alongside you as we sort through your history and reprocess difficult events. We will be a team as we develop grounding techniques through imagery and mindfulness.
You should be proud of yourself for considering therapy, as I know it’s a difficult and intimidating step. I always do my best to make this process as easy as possible by being an engaged listener and having a sense of humor!
