Hi! My name is Britta and I am an AMFT based in Los Angeles, California. I have been working with adult individuals, couples, and families since 2020, and I aim to support radical healing and integration. My background includes working as a clinician in community mental health settings as well as in private practice settings, offering individual, family, and group therapy. My unique approach to therapy is rooted in both psychodynamic and somatic modalities, weaving various styles together to enable clients to fully identify and move through unresolved trauma in order to experience authentic healing and sustainable change.
I aim to support clients from a culturally competent lens, with a firm understanding of not only the interpersonal but the systemic conditions that lead to mental and physical health suffering. Within the therapeutic container, it is my goal to be a collaborator in affirming a client on their journey to connecting wit their most authentic self.
