I have worked in a variety of settings over the last decade with ages 6 through 60. My current practice focuses on young adults and adults, ages 18-50. My clients come to me with a variety of different goals. Some want to tackle symptoms of anxiety or depression that are getting in the way of them leading happy fulfilling lives. Others come for support navigating big life transitions, or conflict or disconnection in their relationships. I also work with parents who are seeking support with parenting. I check in with clients frequently as we work together to ensure that they are getting what they need out of the therapeutic process.
I offer my clients a space where they are met with unconditional positive regard. I believe that small steps can lead to big changes and will work with you to identify your goals and the steps to take to reach them. I utilize a solution focused approach as well as elements of cognitive behavioral, positive psychology, and person centered approaches.
What I love most about this work is seeing my clients experience successes as they work to make desired changes in their lives. Life can be hard and messy, but even the smallest of changes can bring hope and motivation for further change.
