I have been a therapist for 10+ years and I'm licensed in both MA and FL. I’m especially passionate about serving clients in the faith community although it is certainly not a requirement to treatment. In particular, I have a special heart for those navigating anxiety and/or depression. I also enjoy providing therapy to clients experiencing life transitions and navigating relational challenges.
My therapeutic foundation is rooted in Beck’s cognitive theory and traditional behavioral interventions, where we look at the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, and how they are affecting you today. I always work collaboratively with my clients to ensure they experience the best quality of life possible to them.
My style is very relational, I consider it a privilege to be my client’s therapist and walk with them through the challenges of life.
