I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe that most of us have had experiences throughout our lives that reinforce unhelpful, negative, and sometimes toxic narratives. To reclaim our wholeness, we must learn to connect the mind and body, love all parts of ourselves, and heal the root of our pain.
