I have worked with individuals dealing with various problems surrounding anxiety, depression, boundary setting, self-care, racial identity, systemic racism, grief, relationships, self-esteem, substance use, and life transitions. A goal for working with clients is to help people identify ways to live a fulfilling healthy life.
I really enjoy talking with people and experiencing their “ah-ha” moments with them. I enjoy giving others a space to be vulnerable and free in a world that is not always friendly.
