Hi there, I’m Britney Lamp, LCPC! As a licensed therapist working in the field for the last 14 years I have grown to understand that therapy is so much more than just helping individuals address concerns or issues in their lives. I believe that therapy is about helping someone become the best version of themselves authentically.
I work to set clear, attainable goals for myself and my clients and treat every session as an opportunity to make progress. I believe I can only help my clients by meeting them where they are and providing an eclectic assortment of approaches and tools to best meet their individual needs.
I believe that goals need to be set by me and my client as a team. I want to make sure that my clients feel as though they are achieving set goals and follow SMART goal guidelines. I will also challenge my clients to consider other goals that could further benefit them in their journey.
