I specialize in working with adolescents, families, and couples. My training is largely systems focused and I prefer to focus on strengthening relationships as a tool to healing. I specialize in post-traumatic stress disorder, attachment difficulties, relationship issues, and grief/bereavement.
I have training in trauma, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and I utilize a variety of techniques derived from Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and a variety of family systems approaches including Eco-Systemic Family Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
