I am trained in and primarily utilize Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR to treat my clients' presenting symptoms. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and holistic in nature. That is, I address my clients as a whole person composed of mind, body, and spirit while recognizing how their past influences their current view of themselves and others.
My work reveals the role trauma has played in one’s life yet understands they are not just the sum of their symptoms. As your therapist, I seek to provide the conditions necessary to cultivate safety and whole-body healing.
