One thing I have come to understand and appreciate about life is that no matter how far you have gotten in writing your own life story, you can always revamp it, rewrite it, or repurpose any part that you choose! We do not give ourselves the credit we deserve, and many times lose ourselves in repetitive self-doubt. Being a Graduate Intern in Marriage and Family Therapy, my focus ranges from challenges being faced as a couple, individual life changes, and/or family system changes.
