My natural focus is on individuals experiencing symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and Anxiety with a focus on helping individuals ,parents and families. I believe that making a strong connection right from the start is important and when an individual feels like he or she is understood, he or she is more willing to give the process of change a try. It also helps when those who experience ADHD and or Anxiety are able to accept that what they are living with is not a disability but rather a strength and that it is okay to feel and be different. I say this from experience because I am childhood diagnosed.
My main practice is with adolescents, adults, and older adults in which I provide a range of trauma informed mental health and substance abuse services to help guide those I serve back to a life of independence, happiness, safety, and dignity.

This weekly group for retired adults, ages 55 and older will explore and discuss common challenges of retirement like dealing with boredom, adjusting to a new way of living, feeling isolated, feeling useless, and feeling like life has no purpose or meaning. Together, we will discuss ways to adjust to retirement, to find a new or renewed purpose and feel like your life has meaning again or still.

Our teen social skills groups for 13 to 17 year old's also experiencing attention deficit disorder and or autism spectrum disorder, provides a safe, nurturing and confidential environment for teens to grow socially and emotionally.
