*Waitlist for new clients* My primary clinical focus is on women's mental health and I specialize in helping clients with navigating symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, maternal mental health (challenges experienced in any stage of motherhood), perinatal mental health (pregnancy/postpartum), and life transitions. I believe in a collaborative and individualized treatment approach, as effective therapy is not based on a "one size fits all" model. We'll work together to determine the best plan for therapy specific to you, and I will provide support, education, and resources to help guide and empower you throughout your journey!
