Somatic and expressive arts work on a deep, often nonverbal, level to help you re-pattern responses to stress and heal from trauma that may be unconscious or unspeakable. I specialize in individual and group counseling with dancers, athletes, and queer/trans teens and adults on anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, dissociation, gender dysphoria & body image, trauma, relationships, & belongingness. I weave music, art, humor and movement into exploration of the big questions about life, the universe, and everything.

I’m intensely curious about the stories we tell ourselves and each other. You are the author of your story, but all tales need an audience. I am genuinely excited to meet you, wherever you're at in your journey, and serve the exploration of your story to live more skillfully.
