Tweens - I get it's important to be liked by your peers, fit in socially and academically. Adolescents - life's demands are intense with expectations coming at you from every angle. Stress is real. Adults - you deal with a million and one concerns including work stress, finances, dating or marriage, depression, domestic violence, anxiety or other life transitions. I am a skilled Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in various environments such as schools, residential, inpatient and outpatient. I work with individuals, families and groups. My counseling specialties includes but not limited to: anxiety, depression, PTSD, domestic violence, parenting skills and financial budgeting coaching.
I work with tweens and adolescents to untangle the social and emotional challenges they face. Adults seek me to work on current or historical challenges in their lives.
